You pay Mailvex for the platform tier you choose, plus your own AWS SES sending costs directly to AWS. There are no per-email markups from Mailvex beyond your plan's included volume.
We'll notify you before you hit your plan limits. You can upgrade to a higher tier or contact us for a custom plan. Sending is never cut off without warning.
Absolutely. Custom domains are supported on Starter plans and above. We guide you through SPF, DKIM, and DMARC setup with step-by-step DNS instructions.
Email content is stored temporarily for delivery and analytics purposes, with configurable retention. You can request deletion of stored content per our privacy policy.
